2009 Thanksgiving Fellowship Letter
Dear Friends of the Mission,
This Thanksgiving, as you reflect on your blessings
- and perhaps even on some of the challenges that have helped
you to grow - take a minute to consider those who have few blessings
to count, those whose "challenges" have overwhelmed them.
This year, as every year, the Bluefield Union
Mission will provide traditional home-cooked Thanksgiving dinners
with all the trimmings for the unfortunate members of our community.
Thank you for making all the services of the
Bluefield Union Mission possible.

First Community Bank's Ridge View Plaza
Branch in Bluefield Virginia presented more than 500 canned and shelf stable
food items Wednesday November 25, 2009.
The food drive will continue until Christmas.
